We are studying the names of Jesus this year, and this week we are discussing the fact that He is the Bread of Life. We did this experiment with yeast, sugar, and warm water today. The kiddos thought it was SO awesome that the balloon rose!

More Backyard Critters
Our nature walks are very easy this year. We just walk into our backyard, and we have instant nature! LOL Check out the lizard and the caterpillar we found.

Tasty Tuesday--Recipe
Well, fall has arrived, and that means it's time for one of my favorite meals...
Taco Soup
Ingredients:
Grated cheese
Ground chuck or round
Chopped tomatoes-1 can
Ro*tel tomatoes-1 can
Corn-1 can
Kidney beans-1 can
Pinto beans-2 cans
Taco seasoning-1 pkg.
Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning-1 pkg.
Fritos
Sour cream
Brown ground beef. Heat all ingredients on stove. Pour into bowls. Serve with cheese, Fritos, and sour cream.
