Still Waiting

Well, my playlist has only one song now. It describes my current life situation...waiting. We're still waiting for the day that we'll finally get to travel to China to get our baby girl. Please continue to pray for our peace & our patience, and also that our commitment to serve God in all areas of our lives will be firm. It's so easy to lose focus right now, and I admit that I have. I need to actively pursue all that God has for me throughout this process of waiting. I know that all will come together in His timing, and I will trust Him and wait on Him.

Pregnant Without a Due Date

Yep, that title is a popular way of describing how it feels to be in the process of adoption. So, as you can see from my side pic, I'm "pregnant" with paperwork, anxious to find out when we finally get to travel to China to get our beautiful baby girl. In the meantime, the kiddos and I are working on a lifebook for her. We're having lots of fun as we put together special mementos, pictures, drawings, etc. It does help to pass the time. :)
