Learning how to Cook




My daughter plans and cooks a meal for us once a month. Here she is preparing her "amazing" nachos.

OOH, she might have to share how she makes those. Sounds like something my Buttercup would like to try for all of us.

It's easy. Brown ground beef (or turkey or deer meat-we used deer.) Mix in taco seasoning, a little water, and refried beans. Layer chips in a baking dish. Pour meat/bean mixture over chips. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees until done. Serve with salsa and sour cream. YUM!!!
